I have been to church for many years and have acted in different capacities, recent revelation from the scripture has prompted me to seek reformation in church structure which has caused corruption in many churches, as "the love of money is the root of ALL evil", church leaders should rely on self-earned income, such as Paul (by making tents), and never expect income from the congregation, this is the New Testament example of ministry, i.e. although entitled to receive pay yet not taking it for the sake of the Lord, this is what Paul's letter teaches. The temptation of getting paid, and the self-justified (Old Testament based) entitlement to pay is the root of church corruption, it lures the ministers to pay and getting paid, rather than to serving and giving, it makes the very institution that is supposedly against the "world" to be just like the "world". Call for Reformation to church structure, this is something that Martin Luther did not have the chance the accomplish, God's people today must standup and do it. Praise the Lord, His Truth is marching on!!!!! Good article.
