NO ONE IS A LOST CAUSE
There are a few things I might like to share, actually I may have quite a few over time. Recently though there has been one thing that seems to be coming to me and sticking with me. See I am convinced that no one is a lost cause, no one. Oh, this could get deep, probably many thoughts on something like this for many people. But oh, just think of all the possibilities when we think that way. Who else did Jesus really come to this earth for though, huh? Did He come for you and me that think we already have it all together? Well, actually, I don't feel that way; I might even feel like one of those lost causes my own self at times. And maybe that's who I'm really wanting this to be for, the ones that feel like they are nothing but a lost cause to everyone else. Oh, what Jesus can do for each and everyone of us, and help us to realize that we are not lost causes. That we have things within us that can help others in times of need. The gifts and talents each of us have within us. To realize it's the things that we enjoy the most, the things we are more adept at, or come more easily to us, that's one way that we can realize the abilities we have and the way we can reach out to others. No matter how bad a person is, no matter how bad of a sinner someone may seem, can we all realize that we all, sinner and saved alike, have the same desires, I believe, down deep inside. Don't ask me when or why, but ever since I was young I've felt and even said (at least it seemed to me) that "everyone has a little bit of good in them". People have been through all kinds of experiences that have made them who they are, whether they've committed crimes and are in prison or what. The things we go through and the experiences we have in life, the way we are treated by others, etc. make us who we are and will be. The first sin, sin in the world, that's why we treat each other the wrong ways. But that does not mean they, or you, can't change. Oh, if we could only realize the immensity of it all. Yes, if I could I would help and change the whole world for the better. But not one person can do it by himself or herself that’s why we've got to realize we've got to do it together. And think about this, everyone likes nice things, no matter who they are. Everyone likes to be all warm and cozy and comfy. A nice little kitten to hold maybe, at least for a while, it may remind us of some nice time we had at some point in our lives. It does not matter who you are, there's something in there either saying I wish I could have things nicer (meaning more comfortable or easier in life), or something asking why did things have to turn out for me like they did, making you wish you could have had an easier time of it. We're all searching, but maybe some more than others. Yet there is hope. No matter who you are or what you're going through or have gone through in your life, it matters, you matter, and you are not a lost cause no matter what anyone tries to tell you. So don't give up! Do not ever give up and do not ever give in to the enemy of our souls. Give your all to the one and only that gave His all for you. He loves you, that's why He went through what He went through. And I love you! You may never meet me, unless it may be in heaven one day, which I pray that be so, oh that would be most wonderful, too wonderful for me to imagine. But, I do love you, and keep telling yourself that "I am not a lost cause, someone out there told me so and I believe them, they even said they love me". We can all go on through life better with more encouragement like that. Even me. Do take care, and I mean that, I'm not just saying it. God made the body that we have and we need to take care of it, it's a wonderful creation! God Bless You as you seek to find His way for your life today!
